LEADERS IN AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTS FOR CLASSICAL MUSIC

José Antonio Vergara is Chilean with studies in Europe. He has more than 10 years of experience in professional European orchestras. His musical career has taken him to more than 10 countries in America, Europe and Asia. In Chile he studied pedagogy in music education and in Germany, after studying a Bachelor and Master of Music at the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar, he developed a Master in Media, Radio, Film and Television at the Bauhaus-universität in Weimar. Thanks to his extensive experience in music, he embarked on a career as a Television and Film director specializing in classical music. His output covers a broad spectrum including concert broadcasts, documentaries, music videos, commercials, radio programs, 3D Audio, podcasts and film productions.

His experience in European media ranges from Bavarian Radio (BR), Central German Broadcasting (MDR), ARTE (Cultural Channel), with a highlight in his collaborative work with the production company ARMIDA together with the Staatskapelle Dresden and conductor Christian Thielemann.

Currently, his love and passion for music and film led him to create Fermata Classic, providing a professional audiovisual solution for theaters, orchestras and musicians.
